A Sound Bath will help you connect to your body, the tones and vibrations will carry you away into a beautiful space of deep relaxation. It helps regenerates your bodies cells and helps with your nervous system, mood, stress, anxiety, depression, body pain and so much more!

About the event
We will be playing a number of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, himalayan singing bowls, a gong, drums, chimes, and more. People that come to our sound baths feel amazing and refreshed after they leave. You will be on the hard ground, so comfort is a must!! Here are some suggestions of what to bring to be prepared: Foam pad/yoga mat Sleeping bag or blanket to lay on Blanket to cover up with Pillow/eye Pillow Bolster, pilllow, or a rolled up blanket to put under your knees.
***Not for anyone that is pregnant, has a pacemaker, or heart monitor ***
