Eclipse Weekend Yoga & Sound Bath!

7:00PM - 8:30PM|| Sound Bath: A full body meditative experience with Dez & Danna, a unique duo sound bath with crystal singing bowls, gong, Himalayan bowls, and various other instruments. The sound and vibrations help your mind and body release into deep restorative relaxation that allows for stillness, enough so that you may process old traumas and emotions. This full body meditation is beneficial for pain, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, chronic stress and many other ailments. Bring something comfortable to lay on, a pad, double yoga mat, pillow and blanket all recommended. Not recommended for people with a pacemaker or who are pregnant.
